Night session menu

The following three kinds of Kanazawa original meals will be offered in the night session of SCIS2012. You can choose one of them at the time of registration.

A) Soba Noodle with Shrimp and Rice Ball

Mixed vegetable tempura with small shrimps put on warm buckwheat noodles (Soba). The small shrimp, also named sweet shrimp, is the specialty of Hokuriku area in Japan. They have a sweet taste as indicated by the name. They inhabit the depths of low water temperature in the Sea of Japan.









B) Rice Omelette with Fried Prawn and Salad

Ketchup rice with lightly scrambled eggs and fried prawn is a Kanazawa specialty, which is called “Hanton rice” in Japanese.







C) KANAZAWA-special Pork Curry

This is curry rice with pork cutlet and julienne cabbage. The pork cutlet is from the famous "Noto pork" bred with the natural water of Noto area.
